Terms of Service

General

Any order for products shall be deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase products pursuant to these terms and conditions. The contact between St Giles Traditional Weather Vanes and the customer in respect of the products comes into existance when the customer ored has been accepted by St Giles Traditional Weather Vanes in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. These terms and conditions shall not be altered, modified or varied unless expressly agreed in writing by the director of St Giles Traditional Weather Vanes.

Payment

The customer shall pay the price and any other sums due in respect of the products prior to despatch.

Proprietary Rights

The customer will honour all copyright and publishers rights as detailed on the product.

Legal Provisions

The construction, validity and performance of this agreement is governed by the law of England and the parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
